By the end of December 2012, 399 persons were employed in PEDCO and 319 specialists worked in various technical fields of the company.

PEDCO has constantly paid special attention to development of the human resources technical capabilities and has made significant efforts to create opportunities for them. According to the company quality policy, PEDCO's employees have attended in over 25 professional on-the-job training courses equal to 3116 hours.

Taking account of importance of issues such as motivation, productivity and enhancing efficiency of employees, PEDCO has provided various sports, welfare and recreational facilities for the staff.
