Scope of work
(Stage-1):
- The
reservoir model by incorporating the 3D seismic data.
- Drilling
and Completion of 2 key producer wells with appraisal
objectives.
- Drilling
and Completion of 36 production wells (including the 2 key
producers) and 1 water disposal well.
- Extended
Well Testing (EWT) to be started once minimum facilities (wells,
flow-lines, separators, and pipelines, etc.) are ready for
producing crude oil.
-
Construction and Installation of flow-lines and production
facilities with a sustainable capacity of 150,000bbl/day / 135
MMscfd to deliver oil and gas.
-
Construction of gas-lift system, including gas treatment,
compression and in-field pipe network for the north heavy oil
reservoir wells.
-
Construction and installation of oil pipeline to transport
processed oil to NIOC’s booster station in Ahwaz.
-
Construction and installation of gas pipeline to transport
dehydrated gas to NIOC’s tie-in point near Ahwaz NGL-600.
-
Construction and installation of power generation plant and
fresh water import pipeline/treatment facilities to support oil
and gas production.
-
Provision of all the support (offices, accommodation, logistics,
infrastructure, etc.) required for the Field development and
production.
- Studies
on Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) application.
-
Operation of the EWT until 18 months after Commencement of EWT
or First Production, whichever comes first.
-
Construction of elevated well-pads and access roads.
Objectives (Stage-1):
- Within
40 months from the Effective Date (ED), reach the Extended Well
Test milestone by establishing production of 50,000 bbl/day.
Deliver oil produced from Extended Well Test to Ahwaz Booster
Station.
- Within
52 months from ED, reach the First Production milestone by
establishing a production level of 150,000 bbl/day. To achieve
the production level of 150,000 bbl/day, the production rate of
70,000 bbl/day – 100,000 bbl/day is planned from the heavy oil
reservoir and 50,000 bbl/day – 80,000 bbl/day from the light oil
reservoirs.
